Abstract
Cemento-ossifying fibroma is a rare benign neoplasm of the jaw bone. Although it is more common in adults, presentation in pediatric age group is more aggressive. It commonly presents as a solid mass arising from the mandible and displacing the teeth. Diagnosis is made radiologically and confirmed on histopathology. We describe a case of juvenile aggressive cement-ossifying fibroma with the intention to reflect the importance of this rare disease in the differential diagnosis of jaw tumors in children.
