Abstract
Earthworms are unique members of the soil vicinity. They maintain the soil fertility health. However, their interactions with soil microorganisms are till date not good understands. The present research was carried out to identify the microbial analysis of earthworm gut. The Eudrilus eugeniae was selected as a laboratory tool for this research. A bacterium was observed throughout the gut. Pseudomonas sp, Strepto coccus sp, Bacillus subtilus and Bacillus cereus was observed in our laboratory tool (Eudrilus eugeniae).
