Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and moral intelligence of students and the population consists of martyr Chamran University, Ahvaz, and among them was the 2013-2014 academic year, 100 students (50 girls and 50 boys) were selected by multistage cluster sampling. Predictive variables, personality traits and the criterion variable, moral intelligence of students. For data collection, descriptive research method - were used. Two tests were used for data collection: Big Five Personality Test Neo and moral intelligence. For data analysis, logistic regression, chi-square test and t-test were used. The results showed that personality trait extraversion was positively correlated with moral intelligence and the personality trait neuroticism, and negatively correlated with moral intelligence (p<0.01).
