Abstract
Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) is an uncommon, benign, proliferative, and nonodontogenic lesion whose etiology is not defined. Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) consisting of cellular fibrous tissue containing multiple foci of hemorrhage, multinucleated giant cells and trabecules of woven bone. Here we present a case of central gaint cell granuloma in a 35 year old female patient with review of literature.
