Abstract
Incontinentia pigmenti, an uncommon genodermatosis, primarily affects female infants. Classically, it manifests with linear vesicular lesions evolving into verrucous lesions within a few weeks and followed by characteristic swirl like pigmentation that persists for many years. Here we report a case of a 4-year-old girl, brought by her parents with complaints of linear lesions in the left lower limb.
